PATHETIC SERVICE , WHILE STATING MANAGEMENT IS GOING TO BE CC

*** - I AM SO DISSAPOINTED IN PICK N PAY !!!!

I bought items and did not receive everything. On the day of delivery , I complained about the items bein missing and phoned ever since , no feedback has been given to me and its been 2 WEEEKKSSS!!

I have used so much airtime to call in but every time I must be the one to call in. Pick n pay kept telling me they escalating my query and CC MANAGEMENT IN BUT NO RESPONSE.
