PATHETIC SERVICE! Waste of time at Pick 'n Pay

Went to PnP Constantia in search of a specific light, found it with no prices on any of it. No one to help in the department and for about 20 minutes we were shoved from one useless, unhelpful, unpleasant supervisor and manager to the next, basically walking up and down the entire store and for what? To be told that the they do not have the price or barcode of the products and therefore MADE UP and ASSUMED a price of both products, two very different to each other! What happened to the Pnp policies in place? And talk about no customer service. Especially for the area it is situated in. Absolute waste of time and we eventually bought a product at a different store because the staff was just so ***********. How is is that NO ONE can assist a customer? Would probably never bother going back to shop there or recommend anyone to. Very unpleasant!
