Pathetic service rendered

Totally unacceptable how my order was delivered this past Saturday, most of my groceries were wet, the weetbix was given back as the box was wet, I did not receive my chicken nor the ribs, yet when I went onto your website tonight those items were still available, totally ridiculous how you can advertise and not deliver, yet you claim a R60 delivery fee, in the store we can still receive a rain check, but if here ain't stock you don't, I find this system pathetic as most items reads no stock. What's the point of going online to your site, its just wasting ones time. How soon do you reimburse the money for the items not delivered?
