Pathetic service received from Pick n Pay

On 29 May 2025 I tried to order on Pick n Pay's ASAP app, the order did not go through but the funds were deducted from my credit card. Since 29 May 2025 I have been constantly phoning and emailing pick n pay, and after a month I am now told to contact my bank for the funds. Pick n Pay your service is pathetic.
