Pathetic Service Pnp Vangate Mall

My dad went to Pnp Vangate Mall on the 17/11 round about 15h00 and was victimized by the store manager Mr Roelof. Because of this my dad got sick on his way home. He being accused of begging for money in store.Mr Roelof appointed staff members to watch my dad as if he was a *****. When my dad asked why he is accusing him of these things all he could say a customer came to him. Dad then asked him when and how as he has money to pay for his goods all he was told that Mr Roelof is not interested in his money. He even asked the manager to show him the video footage but was told he can't. Didn't want to hear a word as to what my dad had to say about being a pensioner and being victimized. Mr Roelof even mentioned that nothing will come from it when dad has to go on Hello Peter nor complain on the Pnp customer complain. Is this what the Pnp brand stand for to employ ****y, aroggant asses to act like this. And treat the next person like he/she is a nothing. I'm disgusted in there poor service for treating the elderly in such manner.
