Pathetic service PnP Table Bay Mall asap

I ordered a few items this morning from PnP asap at about 08:50. They confirmed delivery will take place between 9:30 and 10:00. At some stage I was informed that the driver is on his way. Just after 10:00 they said my order is delayed then at about 10:30 they cancelled my order and are processing my refund. I got no reason for the delay and cancellation. It’s not my first negative experience with this store. It seems they would rather thke the easy way out and cancel. It’s obviously poor management that they are not rectifying it. I complained to PnP call centre but it seems like it’s going nowhere. I would rather trust Sixty60 at least they are on the ball at all times. Good bye PnP, you will lose more customers going at this trend.
