Pathetic service pnp

Pathetic service from pnp asap I placed my order at 9 today Every time it keeps being moved to a later time I spend over 40 mins on customer care for them to tell me that they will contact the store then call me back, but no one did I then called the store to find out about the progress of my order only to be told my order doesn't exist I called customer care again and no one answers I wasted all my airtime calling and being promised I would be called back My account was debited but no goods was received I would like an urgent refund
