Pathetic service (Pick n Pay Brackenfell Hyper)

I have no words to described the poor service offered by Picn n Pay (C/O, Jeanette Street, Old Paarl Rd, Brackenfell). I was interested on purchasing an item on their audio department and decided to fist call before I get there just to confirm if I'll find it. I called their number *** and requested to be transferred to the audio department, a transfer was done and no one picked up the call. This happened 3 times with no one to pick up the call at audio department. I then called for the fourth, fifth and sixth time to request to speak to the manager, guess what, same thing happened, the manager's office did not pick up the call on three occasions. Thanks but no thanks, I will find this item somewhere else, to retail companies with vision and mission, and I will never put my foot in any of your stores even if you would be the last retail shop on earth. Pick n Pay used to be the best back in the days, not anymore.
