Pathetic service Pick n Pay blackheath

I went to Pick n pay Blackheath (randburg)on Saturday 30 January was at the shop at 8am did my shopping then l got at the till my trolley was too full so l was offloading then after a minute the cashier swopped and the other one told me that l should stop putting stuff as they were offline and were manually capturing all the discounts and it would take 30/40mins to do so. Asked her what happens if they miss some of my discounts and they said no they won’t everytime l had to fight with the cashier on the discounts and one of my discounts Rajah l paid R18 more because she insisted l had taken. One not two to qualify for the discounts.Am not sure how much money l lost in the process as l cannot confirm if all discounts l was entitled too were given to me,then comes the nightmare because they were offline unfortunately they couldn’t take my Amex credit card so it’s either l go and withdraw cash or they would cancel the transaction REALLY after spending over an hour in the store this is what l get why didn’t they notify customers as we walked in if theer offline problem
