I feel super let down by Pick n Pay. It's my son's birthday party and I purchased ice cream to serve cones to the kids. I couldn't go to the store so I used the app to get this and other items i needed. Everything arrived part from the most important item, the scream for the kids. The disappointment on my son's face when i couldn't serve the cones as promised. Do you understand the dissapoint on my little ones face. I'm super dissapointed. Bought items on their online ASAP App amounting to R383.86. 16:08 I made the call. They had me holding on for 15 minutes only to tell me i will get free delivery on my next purchase. Pick n pay I dont need your free delivery. I am capable of paying your R35 delivery... in the same way I was able to Tip the driver. It is disappointing to know that you wanted me to reorder items amountng to R100 so that you can fix your mistake and include the ice cream i paid for and you decided not to deliver.

I paid for this item for a kids birthday party and they can't have their ice cream in this heat! - Ole Rich n creamy vanilla flavoured ice cream tub 1.8L.
