PATHETIC service pick and pay arbor crossing durban
USELESS service pick and pay galleria and especially arbor crossing durban the last 2 months. Cashiers are arrogant. Continuous errors with prices on shelf vs cashiers . Endless delays. Horrible attitude from supervisors and the manager at arbor crossing.

18 Nov 2022, 15:55Absolutely useless pathetic bunch OF idiots at pick n pay arbor crossing durban!!!!+ Suren, Loshni, Shaun, Leonard!!+ useless and PATHETIC!!! I spoke to Loshni and AHMED IN THE WEEK TOLD both of the numerous occasions on which i had issues at arbor crossing durban the last few month's. For all my inconvenience DELAYS at tills arrogant attitude of staff and useless service and neglecting of my complaints from the call centre & the branch, I requested a gesture of goodwill voucher from pick and pay. Both Loshni and AHMED said they would revert in the week BOTH ARE OFF TODAY FRIDAY AND IGNORED ME. SUREN Calls me back NOW after 3 messages left and says PICKN PAY DOESN'T ISSUE VOUCHERS! WHY THE HELL DID AHMED & LOSHNI BOTH SENIOR STAFF NOT TELL ME THAT AT THE OUTSET OF MY REQUEST INSTEAD OF WASTING MY TIME TO COMPLAIN AND MISLEADING ME ABOUT THE VOUCHER REQUEST!!!!! IM NOW INFURIATED AT THEIR ARROGANCE!!!
