pathetic service once again
i have received an email from them stating that i have won a voucher to the value of 2810 but this is all a lie and a hoax not the only complain but i called the customer service department and yet to be only attended to in 24 minutes at 8:00 in the morning the person i spoke to did not even know what is happening and made it seem as if i was making this up such a big retailer and to have this non cooperative behavior from Pick n Pay
regards a unsatisfied and disgusted client
