Pathetic Service... Non Delivery of order.

Pathetic service. *****s! Placed an order at 3pm. Was supposed to be delivered in an hour. Delivery never came though it says delivered on my app. Call Centre is pathetic. I called four times and they made me hold for 20 mins at a time. No knowledge of what is happening whatsoever. Still waiting for my refund
