Pathetic service, no reply, no feedback and no delivery
<p>PnP Hyper - Woodmead is the only outlet that does online order and delivery. Service over the last couple of months has been terrible in terms of stock shortages, escpecially on important items that are truly needed. when you log a query, there is either no reply, or some poor attempt at an apology. Our last delivery was day late, due to their systems that was being updated or something, and off course, no delivery on important items such as milk to our office building. I have sent emails to their customer care dept and till now not received a single reply. I have requested for a re-delivery of the goods that we did not receive a single acknowledgement or a reply. This service is supposed to be convenient.. taking the latter into account, it is not the case.. and clearly there is no concern for customer service either. We are actually considering not making use of this service again.</p>

Not sure what you are investigating. I have supp**** no reference numbers for the order in question, for 1, and two, and left no name of my company. but good on you.

Basically a week. and still nothing. Your customer service isnt even pathetic, it is none existent. After an email and a phone call from the shop, we are again at the end of another week, and as usual, it was only a pathetic apology.
I will make sure that we dont use your services again. because you really do suck at this... there is no better words...........
Just rather keep the damn order, clearly you are incapable of finalizing it, and you clearly need the goods more than I do.
