pathetic service , lack of stock ,

does pnp at mall at reds do stock take??? for the past month almost I go there ask them for eno the loose one and they don't have , can they not do a stock take at this ****** store ! also they have over 17tills yet every evening the line esp at the cigarette counter is in a ****** semi circle . you'll clearly know that bet 5pm and 7pm is busy yet clearly don't care about the customers. esp during month end its ridiculous going to buy 1item and standing in a line for 20mins . then when it comes to refunds n returns no one is ever at customer care and then you stand in another line at the money market counter why the hell do you'll have a customer care?? the manager is never seen and we don't even know who the hell is incharge of that stupid store. no wonder people prefer checkers down the rd to the pathetic service at pnp mall at reds!
