Pathetic Service, Incomplete Orders and ASAP No Delivery

I placed an order #*** on the 23rd Nov i ordered 2cases of 330ml hunters dry and only 1 was delivered i notified Pic n pay immediately I have been emailing ASAP daily spoke to Violet Bethape, Theolene Manuel, Shannon when I called and Nadine Johnson all promise to investigate I went to Hyper in Norwood to log my complaint and was promised delivery 2weeks later I am still waiting calling and the agents pretend they dont hear me emails get ignored and no i dont want a voucher i want my ciders as they were purchased on special. I have lost my patience and money calling your complaints department and head office I want this resolved today... i am tired of getting an auto response about an investigation.
