Pathetic service from the Pick n Pay ASAP app

I ordered something for supper on the pnp asap app at 17:09 it's four hour later and the delivery is still being processed. After calling the support centre several times and being told a driver is being allocated. Bare in mind this is 3 hours after the store has closed.
