Pathetic service from teller and store manager

What a horrible experience on Sunday morning at Pick 'n Pay Braken City... Visited the store to go and get the groceries I needed. When I got to the till points I saw that the lady in front of me had an argument with the teller that did not want to serve her because she had more than 10 items in her trolley, never the less when I got to the till bearing in mind that I have a 21 month old little one with me, unpacked ally groceries on the counter and told the teller Refiloe Safatsa that there is another box (6x) of 1l milk in the trolley so that she knows that there must be 2 boxes that needs to be scanned. She got such an attitude with me and told me bluntly that I have to take out the box so that she can scan it and its by law that I have to remove everything in my trolley, it's the first time in my life that I hear this ****, after that she told me that is the reason why merchandise get missing from the store, I then asked her if she thinks I'm a ********, then she told me that I'm a ****** and made some remarks in her language that I do not understand.... When I got to the manager of this store Mr Dillon van Dam he told me it is procedure and the next time I must call a packer
