Pathetic service from PnP ASAP - Again

Your service is pathetic. You are consistently degrading the services you deliver. First you send an email at 07.06 this morning to indicate that there's an item out of stock (bread) and I have 10 minutes to substitute. I don't check my emails at that time of the morning and then you push out my delivery. Your driver calls me eventually, with an attitude as his maps isn't working and he is totally in the wrong area. He gets irritated with me because he doesn't know where he is. Driver is Ibrahim Bucumi
