Pathetic service from PnP ASAP
I placed an order yesterday 26th November. According to the the email received, I received my order after 21h00 last night.
This morning I contacted the store that supposedly delivered my order....and was told "my trolley is still in the store. I made several calls since and still no delivery. This morning the Manager said they will replace the freezer items and now again, the trolley is sitting there since 10h00.
The customer erice number is never answered
This is absolutely pathetic service from PnP ASAP

I selected an option that I was not supposed to select, "complaints for PnP brands"....got to speak to an agent who unfortunately needs to escalate it to ASAP department.
I then spoke to the branch Manager, Isaac whose trying to reach out on ASAP WhatsApp for a driver to be assigned.
You guys are pathetic. How long can it take for a query to be resolved....and this is just not any query, it's an ASAP delivery that's now taking 4 days.
Furthermore....would it kill someone to jump in their vehicle and drop off the Clients items???? Considering the store is less than kms away 🤔..I guess going the extra mile doesn't happen nowadays

Kaitlin called me yesterday afternoon, she arranged the delivery and I asked her to ensure that the frozen items are not the same that was packed on Friday....she confirmed that the store advised its replaced.
Only for the delivery to arrive and one can see that these boxes were left to defrost, the edges are coming apart. I sent a video on email, and it's now 24 hours later, and no esponse.

The boxes of fish complaint....I have still not received a call, I cannot eat fish that was defrosted and frozen again....I've sent an email with videos and photos and not a call. This is pathetic and against all health standards.
