Pathetic service from PNP ASAP
Pathetic service! I placed an order on 15th Jan. Used my last money to get supper for my kids and the driver marked my order as complete and I never received anything! Now I am struggling to get my refund out of them! They don't have the decency to have someone contact me! Twice I contacted them thru their chat service. This morning I got a notification to say that the refund was unsuccessful! I want my refund!

I placed my order on the 15th JANUARY 2026! NEVER GOT MY ORDER! THEIR CHAT SERVICE IS PATHETIC. SOMEONE CONTACTED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL TAKE MY CAPITEC DETAILS AND SEND IT TO THEIR FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTHING EVER CAME OF IT. CONTACTING THEIR CHAT SERVICE ON THE ASAP APP IS USELESS! I REFUSE TO REPLY PRIVATELY. I DONT WANT BROKEN PROMISES! I WANT MY DAMN REFUND! ITS ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW AND STILL NOTHING! PICK N PAY ASAP U GUYS SUCK! I WANT MY REFUND!
