Pathetic service from pnp

I placed an order online on the 26th of July 2023 . The order status was sent to cancel by the system yet the money came out from my bank account. Everyday since I have sent an email to customer care no feedback. I call every second day they tell me payment will be processed. I am not genius but it can't take more then 30 days to process a payment from a big company like pick and pay.

Pathetic customer service, call center agents are also useless
