Pathetic service from Pick n pay ASAP app

I ordered on the picn pay asap app yesterday as i needed some stuff to cook and some things for my son to take to school.Order only came this morning.A consultant called me after 9 in the evening to tell me she was doing a follow up and would call me back and i never heard from her again.This is really pathetic service !!!!
