Pathetic service from Pick n Pay ASAP
I have placed an order on Pick n Pay ASAP. Order number:***9. When I went into my app it shows that the order has been delivered, but I have not received my order. I hereby request double my order and the driver to show where he/she delivered my oarcel as well as a diciplinary hearing for bad service. I have been waiting nearly 20 mins outside after I received a notification that my order is on its way.

07 Nov 2023, 15:36I laid a complaint a while ago and still have not received any feedback from Pick n Pay ASAP.
This will be my last attempt to reslove the matter, before I report this matter to the local newspaper.
If I do not get double the order as requested as well, I will alsoreport this to the local newspaper.
It is scary to think that you pay for an order, you get a notification that your order has been dispatched and delivered, but you have not received it. Why didn't the driver contact me to inform me that he/she is outside.
I will not leave this here and need a response before close of business.
