Pathetic service from Pick n Pay ASAP

Pick n Pay ASAP service is pathetic. Placed an order yesterday around 2pm and was marked delivered around 4pm but I didn't receive anything. Logged a query immediately but even now, No feedback, no order and no money back...... have called them 3 times and get same broken record... unable to get hold of Wonderpark store
