Pathetic service from pick n pay

Yet another bad experience with pick n pay , I have purchased a defy fridge from pick n pay steeldale in 2018 , the fridge is now giving me a problem where the water fills up into the fridge , the fridge has a 5 year guarantee, tried calling the store and noone answers, I am unable to go to the store , called the customer service they say send an email , email sent no call back , wat are u guys doing , we purchasing the products not getting it for free , then u also have a customer care which cannot help ? Come on really now! I need my fridge to be sorted out . Or pick Noah can refund my money , never had problems with game before
