Pathetic Service from Pick n Pay

I have been struggling to get my online delivery for almost a month now. I made arrangements to collect at the woodmead store only to arrive there and be informed that the goods had not arrived and there were issues with delivery. They promised to contact me to arrange delivery but nobody did. I then had to make numerous calls to the call centre and finally I got delivery last Friday only to discover that some of the goods were missing. I again contacted the call centre and was advised that they would get back to me and am still waiting. I find the service or lack of service to be more appropriate, totally unacceptable!!!
