Pathetic Service from Pic N Pay Cosmo Mall - so poor its become a norm

I returned an electric appliance on warranty grounds after it stopped operating on the 02/05/2022 and lady by the name of Pretty at Pick N Pay Cosmo Mall assisted me, she advised that the person dealing with appliances was not available and that she would call me the next day 03/05 which never happened I eventually called at 14:30 , and she advised that the person had not arrived as yet though she made contact with him and might arriver the following day. She then advised that she would call me on the 04/05 which has since not materialized. As of today which is the 05/05 I have yet to receive feedback , its because this is not the first time I received pathetic service but now I choose speak up , and I know am not the only one.
