Pathetic service from Maria

Good day <br> <br> On the 02 Dec I bought a pair of shoes which were on sale, few days later when I wore them before even leaving the house I noticed that they are toned at the back, I took them back to picknpay because I cannot pay for something I didn't even use. I was referred to Maria who gave me a very unaccepted attitude the worst of all she refuse to take the shoes.<br> <br> Can someone tell me why am I suppose to keep the shoes I only wore for few minutes, if it was my fault I wouldn't even bother to take them back to picknpay on the 10 Dec but because they quality was very weak that is why they toned within few minutes that's what I suspect.<br> <br> Can i get an exchange of those shoes because I bought them because I love them.<br> <br> This is totally unacceptable, an attitude and refusal to give me back for what I paid for.<br> <br> I am a very loyal customer's of picknpay I was not expecting that kind of a service.<br> <br> I will really appreciate it if this matter can be dealt with as I am not happy at all.<br> <br>
