Pathetic Service from Management

After complaining on HelloPeter last month and receiving your standard 'Your comments have been brought to the attention of senior management responsible who will contact you in due course to discuss this matter' response, clearly nobody has even bothered to address my concerns or contact me. I have previously complained about your Tokai store not having stock of ******beer, Xolani has assured me that he will make sure there is stock as I am a regular customer in store every evening. Needless to say, tonight I was in store again and no stock of ******beer. Xolani is a smooth talker, but no manager. Sincerely disappointing in the service. At no point did he go out of his way to make sure that I get ******beer. That will be the last time I will be visiting that store or any pick in pay for that matter. Checkers is out of my way, but I would rather drive the extra mile than to be frustrated every time I visit this store!<br>
