pathetic service from call centre

Very poor service from customer care call centre. Logged a complaint last Saturday, to date no call received and my complaint is not resolved. Very unprofessional. Do not care about customers. Requested the regional manager to contact me as yet no call received. How long does it take to resolve complaint.
