Pathetic Service from A Manager At Pick n Pay Liquor

I have experienced the most ********** service from a Pick n Pay Liquor Manager by the name of Jonathan from Promenade Mall in the Western Cape My God!! I have never experienced such incompetence! He was utterly rude, dismissive and damn right condescending. I went to the store with a Pick n Pay voucher and I was advised that the card machines are not working, fair enough.... I asked if my voucher would work and they said no. Funny enough I saw a gentleman paying with a card on the speed point. When I asked I was advised not all bank cards are working, i hadn't even attempt to use my voucher, I then asked for a Manager to ask if I could purchase stock and have someone to accompany me to pay at the pick n pay grocery store right opposite, he refused. I asked well what can be done because I didn't ask for the machines not to work and I had driven very far to get there. He didn't even bother to step out of his office when I spoke with him, he just rep**** annoyed that there's nothing he can do, I asked him to see if my card could work he turned and said there's nothing he can do. A consultant then came to me to offer to help and looked at my voucher and said it would work. Something the Manager couldn't do as a resolution, I dont like the condescending demeanor he had. I dont even know its whether its because I'm a black *** man. I mean that area is very infamous for **************.
