Pathetic service from 2 employees

I opened a tyme bank account today, and was going to Pick n Pay anyway so I thought I'd just get my card at the kiosk. It was just next to a counter where 2 employees were.. I saw it was out of order and wanted to speak to one of them.. One was standing and one was just sitting there, both looking like they had no care in the world... Firstly they didn't even greet me, I had to just start speaking.... And greeted them. Then I asked very politely when the machine will work... They just pulled up their shoulders and that's it... I've worked in retail, you at least try to help the customer.... Or find out if you don't know. That was pathetic service.
