Pathetic service

We ordered groceries on line last week and we were told it will be delivered on Thursday 26th until on the 23rd they told us they will deliver a day later on the 27th due to backlog with this Corona Shutdown. I had made them aware that 27th is gonna be hard to fetch groceries on the address I gave them and asked to change the address since they are the one who had a backlog and won't be able to deliver on the promised date.. I spoke to a supervisor Miss Nyawo who promised to call me back with my concerns I have raised. Till this day no response no groceries and no food delivered but they have taken our money. Online shopping and their agents they are ***********, we hungry with no groceries and we are unable to go out to buy food.. They don't even want us to fetch our own groceries at the warehouse
