Pathetic service

Pick n Pay must just cancel Pick n Pay ASAP because it's useless and have zero respect for its customers. I'm still waiting for my order since I ordered in the morning. On the app it says delivered but I haven't received it. They said they'll call me back it's been hours now I'm still waiting. When you ask them about a refund they said it will take days before I get my money back and which is a lie because I'm still waiting for my last month refund till today. Pick n Pay ASAP must fall down!!!
