Pathetic service

We used pick n pay ASAP yesterday morning only to find that some groceries were not delivered, upon enquiry the lady informed us that the driver forgot the stuff because it was in the freezer, we informed her that it was important for it to be delivered before the evening as it was to make our supper. She said the items have been located and an email will be sent as soon as they get a driver to deliver, after waiting hours there was no email or delivery so we called back and she informed us that the delivery will be done before they close it is now the next day and still no emails or delivery. We pay for this service so that delivery can be made on time. This is unacceptable and pathetic service
