Pathetic service

Pathetic and inconvenient service. Consultant told me my funds would be refunded into the ASAP wallet in 30min and nothing came through. Promises not met, I couldn't buy anything. My day was literally messed because of pick n pay ASAP. That service should be discontinued, its not guaranteed.
