Pathetic Service

I went to Maponya Pick n Pay Maponya to return a heater on the 09/11/2020 and had to wait an hour before I got assistance and I was travelling with a baby and we had to do some grocery shopping. It was a busy day and they didn't even bother to make sure that we at least skip the queue since I had to wait close to an hour for someone to assist me. By the time I finished I had to drive straight home cause my baby was so tired and very agitated I couldn't run other errands that I was planning to. I'm very unhappy and upset and having second thoughts about shopping at your store ever again.
