Pathetic service delivery
I have placed an order online and my estimated time of delivery was scheduled between 1 -2pm , at 1pm the time slot has changed to 16:00 - 17:00 . I have made arrangements to be home at that specific time to collect my orders and now I am absolutely disappointed. I had order at 11.46am and find this to be pathetic service from pick n pay.

I have been waiting for you to get back to me regarding the Belgravia gin which wasnt delivered but I paid for and no feedback from you...I have sent numerous msgs on ur chat group and email also called the call centre but to no avail. Absolutely disappointing service.
