Pathetic service

I Had the mos ****test service ever at pnp Express promenade at the garage just popped in for my for my favorite treat I always like having on sundays went to pay and decided to tap my card not knowing the tap is out of order and not to mention no sign that state it is the cashier LUYANDA (I won't forget her name) decides to YELL at me to put my card in cant I see the tap is not working I stood there dumb struct for a few seconds trying to take in what I just heard I then said excuse me is that they way you speak to your customers? And do u pay for this machine that you are yelling at me for? She rep**** yes I furiously walked away and Got the manager at the door and expressed my concern to him I told him to address the situation cause I'm am not happy! Very *** service dont waist your time and to the ladies that tried to be nice thank you
