Pathetic service

I am so upset I placed a order on the Saturday the 10th my money got taken but no order arrived I had to call customer care and was told that it was to late for my order to be delivered now they will refund and I can place the order the next day then Sunday came the 11/12/2022 I placed the order again my money was taken up until today I am still waiting for order this is pathetic I called customer service the agent told me when I asked her to call me back no they don't do outbound calls which I think is pathetic for customer service and I should just log out and log back in the app and my order was there ja right there is still no order showing but my money was taken I want my money back I'm am now fed up and will never use pnp asap again or recommend anyone to!!!!!
