Pathetic service by Pick n Pay

I am so disappointed at Pick n Pay after using their app for more than 2years spending between R500 to R2000 weekly. A wrong order was delivered to my house barely 5min after the driver left I told her. She said she's coming back then she switched off her phone. I sent an email and called call center they promised to deliver my order in the morning. Up until yesterday when they phoned and told me to pick up my order from the other house. I picked up my order from a stranger's home yesterday. They want to give me a lousy R50 as a compensation.
