Pathetic service

For the past few weeks i have been buying at pnp almost every second day because of the springbok cards as i am collecting it.. on the app it shows added to my orders but when the delivery comes there is nothing. When calling pnp the staff is so rude and dont care how they speak to you as a customer. Again for November i have almost 10 orders and no cards and nobody can explain to me why its added in my cart and i dont get it. So now when they do come to the store i need to spend all that money to buy more. Its pathetic.
