Pathetic service...

Pathetic service and unprofessional. I went to Plattekloof store, no one at cigarette counter or the lotto. I approached a lady who once worked behind the cigarette counter and firstly said good morning...is there anyone at the counter....rudely answered NO!. Another lady asked me is there anyone helping you which I rep**** no one. She said you will have to wait till someone will come and help you....nearly 5 minutes no one. What is going on at Plattekloof. No supervisor or management........what a farce.....pick n pay........useless staff
