Pathetic Service at Pnp Prospect

I am extremely annoyed and disgusted with the service received from Pnp Prospect in amanzimtoti kzn. I visited the store on Sunday 19.07.2020 to buy some appliances and I came across a food processor which looked like a good buy. I needed help finding out about the product and wanted to know if there was any stock as there were no boxes with the product nearby. I asked 5 workers for help who told me they done work in that department and they will ask someone else to help me. After waiting 45mins with no assistance, a manager walks pass moaning to another worker "what does the customer need help with.. Shopping??". Highly unprofessional and extremely pathetic behavior from a manager of a well renowned brand. I have bought R4000 worth of appliances that day and although I still made my purchases, I will never visit that store for the rest of my life. I urge anyone reading this to never disappoint yourself by going to this store. Their service stinks. Although you guys still gained my purchase that day, you will never receive any support for purchases from me again. I have never seen such bad service at Pnp Chatsworth or Hyper by the Sea, something needs to change at Pnp prospect. They are a disgrace to the brand. How can you guys have a manager with no respect for their customers.
