Pathetic service at PnP Kwa-Guqa

Pick n Pay Kwa-Guqa created employment and that's good but Service absolutely pathetic there's about 8 till and you'll find half of those tills working the rest no cashiers it's truly disappointing and with long queues, kiosk no cashier.It took exactly 39min for me to pay for 2 loafs of bread I'm standing in line as I'm typing. First time in this particular store and probably the last. Not happy with the rate they operate and I feel like it's because it is ekasi and people here will take anything it's really pathetic. I can't even request the manager the way I'm so flattered.
