Pathetic service at pick n pay tokai

I'm so disappointed in Pick n Pay Tokai. I bought 2 sushi punnets from them that was about 70r each. When I got home firstly the sushi was just thrown In the bag so everything was laying upside down. Then when I ate it it was the most disgusting sushi I've eaten the salmon must have been off and the rice was so soft looked like goo by the 3rd salmon roll I felt so sick I had to stop eating. I was sick for two days and vomitting. couldnt even make it to eat the other one. What made it worse is I checked my slip to take it back they charged me for 3 instead of 2 and when I called them they said theres no way to prove I walked out with only 2. I was so disgusted because I am a regular customer and I would take my 3rd one cos I paid for it but to make me out to be a ****. That is something else. I had to discard everything which is a total waste of my money. 210r for nothing.

I would like to be reimbursed for this. But I wont ever shop at that pick n pay again.
