Pathetic service at Pick 'n Pay Rand Steam (yet again).

Yet another terrible experience at Pick 'n Pay rand steam. The staff at this branch is some of the worst i've ever dealt with. There is NEVER more than 2 cashiers open, with queues extending down the aisles. The rest of the staff are standing around chatting, while completely ignoring customers. On several occasions (like today) I've asked the manager or other staff members whether they can assist by opening another till, with the same response every time : "No.". Today after this enquiry the person simply turned her back on me and walked off. Pick 'n pay tries to sell itself as a higher end supermarket, but I am never going back simply because of the terrible attitude of the staff.
