PATHETIC SERVICE AT PICK N PAY BRACKENFELL - SYA

Pick n Pay had a special for a vacuum - R399 - Tygervalley branch did not have stock, they then called the Brackenfell branch that had 21 in stock. When going to the Brackenfell branch they were closed so we went first thing today. Only to get the most PATHETIC SERVICE!!! Told point blank, special is over, the manager not bothering to tell us in our faces but telling somebody on the phone, no he is not coming down - seriously in this day and age when you should appreciate every client that steps into your store. SYA FROM BRACKENFELL PICK N PAY you need to be sent for TRAINING, AS YOUR PEOPLE S****S ARE PATHETIC!!!! THIS INCIDENT WILL MAKE ME THINK TWICE OF SETTING FOOT IN A PICK N PAY STORE. The moral of the story - when advertising something - MAKE SURE THAT ALL STORES HAVE ENOUGH STOC****!
