pathetic service at PICK N PAY

I had a terrible experience at the pick n pay in Queensburgh , durban , today . I bought some mini pizzaz which were clearly marked on the fridge at R 39.99 . When the cashier rang it up , it scanned at R 59.99 . She duly called for help. then there were 3 individuals who seemed not to know the rules of pick n pay , they wasted about 10 minutes of my time and refused to honour the price . they told me that the staff had forgotten to remove the price . the 3 individuals were : 1] the floor manager . 2 ] Deneshrie 3 ] Marcus. This incident occurred today 27 / 01 / 2020 at about 11:50 . only when I raised my voice and displayed my frustration did they then want to help me , but by then I already demanded my refund as I was fed up with this pathetic and useless service. Go and look at my track record at this store , I am there everyday ,,,,,
